By making the movie Waqt (1965) Yash Chopra started a new trend in hindi cinema by using so many stars in a main role in one film. It featured Balraj Sahni, Sunil Dutt, Sashi Kapoor, Raj Kumar Sadhana, Sharmil Tagore and many more, all of them had a equal and fair share in the movie. The movie is heart touching and all the songs became classics. This song is my favorite and got revived when it was used again in Yash Chopra’s Dil Wale Dulhaniya Lejayenge (.1995) starring Shah Rukh Khan. My favorite lines: tu mithe bol jaan-e-man jo muskuraake bol de… to dhadakano me aaj bhi… sharaabi rang ghol de o sanam… o sanam mai teraa aashiq-e-jaabidaani… Ae mere Zohra Jabeen tu abhi tak hai haseen aur main jawaan… tujhpe qurabaan meri jaan meri jaan… .
